Strike-Fit Program​

Strike-Fit is a martial arts-based, group workout in a friendly, supportive environment. Combining proper striking technique and self-defence concepts for beginners with a high-energy, calisthenics-based interval circuit, Strike-Fit is the perfect workout for inexperienced martial arts beginners looking to improve their fitness, confidence and skills.
