The Flight Program

Team One Martial Arts’ Flight Program is developed for busy families with children who love to learn martial arts. This highly popular program is designed for children of ages 5-12 who attend school within our selected Coquitlam catchment and wish to learn and participate in a full-time Taekwondo program.
