Strike-Fit is a martial arts-based, group workout in a friendly, supportive environment. Combining proper striking technique and self-defence concepts for beginners, with a high-energy, calisthenics-based interval circuit, Strike-Fit is the perfect workout for inexperienced martial arts beginners looking to improve their fitness, confidence and skills.

Curriculum includes:

  • Basic Striking
  • Defence
  • Footwork and movement
  • Self-defence and concepts

Required Equipment:

  • Hand wraps
  • Boxing gloves (14-16oz)
  • Focus mitts
  • Mouthguard
  • Ages 13+ (Members only)
  • FRI 7:00pm – 8:00pm
  • For current students or parents/family of students.
  • Ages 15+ (Women’s)
  • TUES & THURS 11:00pm – 12:00pm
  • A martial arts curriculum designed for women only. Women of ages 15+ are welcome to come learn and develop practical habits of striking and self defence, with good tunes and great friends.
